Technical

This video was shot with two camcorders both in 1080P. They used more than one camera for different angles and edited together. One of the cameras was on a tripod and the other one was held. The video was edited using Wondershare Filmora. But to put both angles together and keep the sound acurate, they needed to make a sound after both cameras started recording. Since there was a sound, they knew where to line up the sound. But how was it done?

First, you must have a video editing software that allows you to have an overlayed video on top of the other one. Then you must import both videos to the software. Once you have that done, you will have to mute one of the videos and split the other one right when you here the sound. Then unmute the video and mute the video you had just split. Then do the exact same thing to that video. After that, you have lined up both videos with the right sound. Now all you have to do is mute one and just use the sound on the other video throughout the video. It is advised that you use the sound on the camera that has better audio.

Now, you can change angle by cutting out one of the overlays but when you want to change angle, only cut for one overlay.

After the editing was done, the video was ready to be uploaded and it was exported in 1080P.

Behind the Scenes

When this video was made, noone was sure about the lighting so it was dimmed. The cameras were not that difficult but they were 'in the way'. A few times, Samay and Brandon's shadow got in the way. A few times they went in front of the camera and if you saw the image that said 'This is Shaunak', that was when Brandon went right in front of the camera. Overall, the video was not that difficult to make but Samay tried to make the editing hard and it was taking a long time. After he left, Brandon and Charles took over and it went much quicker and were able to upload it that day.
